TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As stated below:

• The promoters are Business of Golf Magazine and GolfRSA.

• The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or older with the exception of employees of Business of Golf Magazine, GolfRSA, Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate and The Irish Rock Guest House and their immediate families or anyone otherwise connected with the judging of the competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase required to enter this competition.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Closing date for entries will be Friday the 17th of December 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or captured for whatever reason.

• The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

• In order to submit a valid entry, all the required fields on the entry form must have been completed.

• Business of Golf Magazine reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control.

• Entrants will be notified of any changes to the competition as soon as possible by Business of Golf Magazine.

• Business of Golf Magazine is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

• The prize is as follows:

​

• A 2 ball or 4 ball for two games of golf at Highland gate including golf carts

• 3 nights’ shared accommodation at the fabulous Irish Rock Guest House on Highland Gate Estate

• The above accommodation bookings exclude all extras and or any items of a personal nature, which will be for the prizewinner’s own account.

• The prize will be valid from the 1st of January 2022 to the 1st of January 2023 and will be subject to availability.

• The prize is only valid from a Monday to a Thursday and cannot be redeemed during peak seasons, school holidays or public holidays.

• ​​ In order for the winner to redeem the prize he or she must:

• Contact The Irish Rock Guest House, Anneline on 082 870 7847 and Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate's Director of Golf, Ian Geringer on 087 287 4652 or 082 386 4961.

• No travel options are provided for the winner and both he or her and any guests must make their own travel arrangements.

• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

• The prize is not transferable.

• Any guest playing at Highland Gate must be in possession of a valid handicap.

• The redemption of the prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize without giving notice.

• The winner will be drawn by GolfRSA.

• The winner will be notified by email and/or Direct Message (DM) on Facebook within 7 working days of the competition’s closing date.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

• Business of Golf Magazine will notify the winner of how the prize can be redeemed.

• Business of Golf Magazine's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material related to the competition.

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [RSA] data protection legislation.

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of all the competition’s terms and conditions by each entrant.

• This competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.

• Entrants are providing their information to Business of Golf Magazine, GolfRSA, Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate and The Irish Rock Guest House.
